The Care and Wellness Team is sponsoring a series of 4 talks on subjects related to the end of life. The first talk will be hosted by Gilchrist Hospice and will be held on January 10th at noon Using Zoom. Topics discussed by Gilchrist include an overview on hospice – truths and myths; the Five Wishes – What I want my kids to know about my final wishes; How to engage in those difficult conversations about those final wishes; Importance of caregivers taking care of themselves.
