January was a busy month at Christ Memorial Christian Preschool. We began the month by learning about the wonders of winter. We discovered the animals that love winter and made bird feeders to care for our neighborhood birds during the cold months. Our preschool children have also enjoyed learning about God and Their Neighborhood this…
Our 2nd annual Birthday Bash was held on Sunday, January 29th following the worship service. It was a standing room only crowd in Fellowship Hall for this fun event. Hosted by the Fellowship Committee, we recognized and celebrated the birthdays of everyone in our church family with a pizza and cake party. Pastor Scott was…
We had an energizing gathering, after taking a month off, at Glenda Baca’s home earlier this month. We had a quorum of fun, food, and fellowship before knuckling down and talking about New Year’s resolutions and ways to increase their success rate. With that in mind we self-directed ourselves to one of three groups. Heath…
This past weekend I had the privilege to spend Friday and Saturday with a great group of people – Pastor Scott and the other members of Session and Deacons of our church. Following the…

LOGOS can be found in churches all over the US and Canada under the umbrella of GenOn Ministries (www.genonministries.org). Every Wednesday from October through March, about 165 children and adults gather here…
How wonderful it was on Sunday, November 6th to participate with the entire congregation in walking forward, at the end of the service, to place our Estimate of Giving cards and Time and Talent surveys in baskets. I don’t know about anyone else, but I truly felt God’s presence and blessing as I looked at…
