The Session voted to suspend all food and drink service in the building until further notice due to rapid community spread of the omicron variant of covid-19.
- Fellowship Hour will continue to be held after worship service on Sunday mornings as a time for socializing only; everyone who comes to Fellowship Hall will be required to stay masked.
- Worship leaders who participate in both Christmas Eve services will be permitted by exception to share a meal between services since they will be in the building from 4 to 10 p.m.
- LOGOS leaders will be required to request permission to reinstate meal service closer to the program’s Jan. 12 restart date should they deem such a step to be appropriate at that time.
In other business, the most recent tally of 3rd capital campaign pledges, which was announced during worship service on Dec. 5, was restated: 83 households have pledged $1.385 million – a figure Pastor Hoffman hailed as “a remarkable number.”
