Here’s what has happened in the last weeks:
- CMPC volunteers worked hard to clear out the final storage container
- The remaining light poles are being installed
- The curb on the southside of the parking lot is being poured
Here’s what is scheduled to happen in the next week (or so):
- The sidewalk from the new emergency stair to the parking lot will be poured
- The parking lot will receive the final seal coat and parking spot lines will be painted
- The landscaping will be done
- The remaining inspections will take place and we will receive our certificate of occupancy for the new addition
- Items identified in the punchlist walks will be taken care of
- We will receive the final building inspection
