When requesting space for weekly meetings throughout the year, indicate ALL meeting dates. Also, when requesting dates, please make sure that the space is available on our calendar.

Building Use Guidelines
1. All fees must be paid in full prior to the use of church facilities.
2. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on church property.
3. Smoking is prohibited within church facilities.
4. Groups must be contained in the area of use requested.
5. Area of use must be returned to the condition in which it was received unless specified otherwise.
6. Clean up all messes and remove trash.
7. Turn out lights.
8. Check that all group participants have left the building.
9. Check all exterior doors and windows to ensure they are locked and closed.
10. Lock the exterior door behind you.
11. Return the church key to the office on the next business day following the event.


Agreement of Use for CMPC Facilities
I have read, understand, and will observe and enforce the policies and procedures for use of church facilities.

It is further understood that the use of these facilities may be rescinded at any time by the Board of Deacons, when, in their opinion, another church function takes precedence, the rules of the facilities have not been observed, or the general cleanliness of CMPC facilities have not been maintained.

It is hereby understood that the above organization or person accepts responsibility for any damage caused by any of its members or guests and agrees to make any necessary repairs/reimbursements to the satisfaction of, and within the time specified by, the Property Committee of the Board of Deacons.
