Sunday School

September through June, CMPC offers Christian Education classes for all ages (kindergarten through adult) on Sunday mornings from 9:15 - 10:15 am.

"The Sunday Experience" at CMPC is a program that goes beyond the traditional "Sunday School" model. After a week of school, one more day of "school" is probably the last thing your kids want. The "Sunday Experience" is a dynamic and interactive teaching method that lets your children take part in the lessons themselves (through puppets, cooking, art, and drama) while they are learning it.

  • Youth ages kindergarten to 5th grade experience Bible stories and concepts through the dynamic and captivating Sunday School Workshop Rotation Model (WoRM) curriculum.

  • Youth in 6th and 7th grade dive into the Bible to "grapple" with some of life's tough questions. This fun-filled curriculum includes games, video clips, and Bible study.

  • Students in 8th grade spend the year in Confirmation Class.

  • High school students (grades 9 - 12) meet each Sunday in an informal gathering to socialize, study scripture, and seek out the application of the Word in their lives.

  • Classes for Adults:

Our adult classes include an ongoing Adult Fellowship Class that meets every Sunday and offers a time of singing, sharing, and teaching. Two to three times a year we also offer a topic-oriented class, such as a book of the Bible or a biblical theme, that last anywhere from 4-8 weeks.

    Vacation Bible School:

The fun continues into the summer with a week-long, topic-based, Vacation Bible School (VBS) program. More information will be available as summer approaches.
